2. What data do we collect?
We only collect the information necessary for our services:
* In-store: Name, last name, phone number (for workshop follow-up), email address (for paperless invoice).
* E-commerce: Shipping address, billing address, order history.
Payment: Your bank card information is processed by our secure providers (Stripe); we do not have direct access to it.
3. Why do we collect your data?
Your data is processed for the following purposes:
Contract execution: Manage your orders, deliveries, and workshop repairs.
* Legal obligation: Invoicing and accounting.
* Legitimate interest: Sending store news (if you are already a customer) or managing after-sales service.
Consent: Newsletter subscription (revocable at any time).
4. Shelf life
We do not keep your data forever:
* Active clients: 3 years after last contact or purchase.
Accounting documents: 10 years (legal requirement).
Prospects: 3 years after collection or last contact.
5. Data Sharing
Your data is never sold. It is only shared with:
* Carriers: To deliver your bikes and accessories.
* Website host: For the technical operation of e-commerce.
The maintenance provider: For your management software / accounting software. The CB4W customer file is managed by Kyte software.
6. Your Rights
In accordance with GDPR, you have the following rights:
Right to access, rectify, and erase your data.
Right to withdraw your consent at any time (e.g., newsletter).

General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) – discount4bike.be
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter «GTCS») apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded on the website *discount4bike.be(hereinafter referred to as «the Site»)

The company SRL CB4W, with its registered office at 270 rue de Tournai, 7973 Stambruges (Belgium) and with enterprise number BE0842.594.557, hereinafter referred to as «the Seller» or «CB4W».
And any natural or legal person making a purchase on the Site, hereinafter referred to as «the Customer.».
#1. Purpose and Products
The Site offers for sale:
* New bicycles sold directly by SRL CB4W.
New bicycles sold by third parties... (specific conditions)
* Used bicycles sold through a third-party partner. For these, SRL CB4W acts as a facilitator. Partner-specific conditions may apply.
The customer is invited to carefully read the characteristics of each product before placing an order.

#2. Bicycle Recovery Process
The Site offers a service for taking back old bicycles under the following conditions:
- The Client submits a return request via the dedicated form on the Site.
- After validation and estimation by CB4W, the Client receives a discount code (voucher).
This discount code is strictly personal, non-refundable, and is only valid for the purchase of a new or used bicycle on the Site or in-store.
We reserve the right, at the time of bicycle collection, to refuse to take it back if the bicycle is not in a condition similar to that described by the customer when they requested a buyback. A new estimate based on the actual condition of the bicycle will be offered to the customer. The customer may refuse this estimate, in which case they may either cancel the purchase or pay the difference to meet the initially agreed-upon buyback value. If the sale is canceled during a home delivery, the amount corresponding to the delivery will remain the customer's responsibility.
#3. Rates and Payment
The prices displayed on the Site are shown in Euros (€) and include all taxes (Belgian VAT included), excluding delivery costs.
Payment of the full price must be made upon ordering using the secure payment methods offered on the Site.
#4. Delivery and Pickup
The Customer may choose between three fulfillment options for their order:
In-store pickup
Free
At the CB4W bike shop
An email informs the customer as soon as the bike is ready.
Bike delivery is always by appointment.
Home delivery €99.00
Available only in Belgium
Estimated delivery times are specified when ordering.

The Customer may choose to pick up their bicycle at an event listed on the Website. A specific time slot will be defined. If the Customer fails to meet this time slot (and unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Seller), the order will be redirected to a standard delivery method. Standard pricing conditions will then automatically apply: free in-store pickup or home delivery charged at €99.00.
Upon pickup or delivery, a form of identification and order confirmation may be required.
#5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Belgian and European e-commerce legislation, the Customer (individual consumer) has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification. The right of withdrawal does not apply to professional customers/companies.
Return Costs: Return costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer. In the case of a bicycle, due to its size, the Customer may also return it free of charge to the CB4W store with prior agreement.
Product Condition: The bicycle must be returned in its original, unused condition, complete and in its original packaging if provided at the time of delivery. Any damaged or incomplete product will not be refunded. We ensure the secure delivery of our products and inspect the bicycles before delivery. If a defect occurs during delivery, it must be reported via email or WhatsApp message at the time of product pickup. Otherwise, the delivery is deemed compliant by the customer.
The refund will be made by the Seller using the same means of payment as that used by the Customer for the initial transaction, within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal request. Nevertheless, the Seller reserves the right to defer the refund until the product is effectively recovered in perfect condition.
#6. Warranties
New bicycles are covered by a 2-year legal warranty of conformity for consumers residing in Belgium. This warranty may be extended according to the specific general terms and conditions of each manufacturer (detailed on the product sheets or brand websites). Note: Most manufacturer warranties are conditional upon an annual maintenance service performed by a cycling professional.
Warranty Exclusion for Wear Parts: The legal warranty of conformity does not cover normal wear and tear of the bicycle related to its use. The following parts, referred to as «wear parts,» are expressly excluded from the warranty: tires, inner tubes, brake pads, brake shoes, discs, chains, cassettes, cables and housings, as well as grips and saddle covers, unless it is proven that the defect existed before delivery.
To be eligible for commercial warranties or manufacturer extended warranties, the Client agrees to have periodic maintenance recommended by the brand performed by a professional workshop (such as the CB4W store).
Used Bicycles: The warranty for used bicycles is managed in accordance with the conditions of our selling partner who applies the legal warranty of 1 year (excluding wear and tear parts and/or misuse not in accordance with the product's technical sheet). SRL CB4W is limited to its role as an intermediary for this category of products.
#7. Pricing and Costs
Price Variations: CB4W reserves the right to change its prices at any time and without notice, particularly based on changes in its suppliers' rates or promotions. However, the product will be invoiced to the Customer based on the rate in effect and displayed on the Site at the time of final validation of the order by the Customer.
#8. Equipment Compliance and Modification
The photographs and descriptions of products on the Site are as faithful as possible but have no contractual value. Due to potential stock shortages of components from manufacturers, slight variations in equipment (such as, for example, the exact brand or model of tires, grips, saddle, derailleurs, or brakes) may occur compared to the initial technical data sheet, without the Seller informing the Client beforehand. These modifications will only take place if the substitute equipment presents technical characteristics and quality equivalent to or superior to those initially planned, and will not give rise to any compensation or order cancellation.
#9. Regulations Governing Electric Bicycles (e-bikes) and «Unrestriction»
Proper Use and Prohibition of Modification (Tuning): Electric-Assist Bicycles (EABs) sold on the Site comply with Belgian and European legislation (assistance limited to 25 km/h and a maximum 250 W motor). Any technical modification, engine «tuning,» or use of tuning kits by the Customer will result in the immediate cancellation of the legal and commercial warranty. CB4W disclaims all civil and criminal liability in the event of an accident, fine, or damage occurring as a result of a modification to the electric-assist system by the Customer or a third party.
